High Street, Fareham
High Street is a Grade II listed building situated in the centre of Fareham. The property had been in use as a dental surgery and offices for more than forty years when we were commissioned to oversee the conversion back to residential along with total refurbishment of the interior.
The client wanted a light filled home with careful attention to detail and design solutions that respected the historic fabric of the original building. The local preservation officials were keen to see the building brought back into residential use and were very particular about the design choices ensuring that the property maintained it heritage value.
