Park House, Southsea
This conversion of previously unused roof space has resulted in two stunning seafront penthouse apartments.
The brief, to increase available space, was managed alongside Park House’s prominent position in Southsea’s Seafront conservation area making it paramount that any alterations were made sensitively and in keeping with the rest of the building and its surroundings.
This was achieved by altering the shape of the mansard roof, thus improving the building’s roof line, and creating the additional space that the client required.
